About Sandy Geroux
With over 27 years of speaking and training experience, motivational speaker Sandy Geroux delivers motivational keynotes and training programs that focus on improving employee engagement and delivering exceptional (WOW!") customer service and Turn Your Workplace Into a WOWplace™!. Her programs address issues including creativity and innovation in the workplace, tapping into employees’ hidden/underutilized talents and interests, and creating a culture of caring, compassion and commitment to values, respect and service to others.
Having served as a Business Systems Consultant to a national catalog retailer, designing, testing, implementing and training users on its corporate-wide systems, Sandy has had much exposure to the world of technology. In addition to participating in corporate-wide technology initiatives, she also owned a desktop publishing business and has taught hands-on computer classes at technology companies and colleges in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
In addition, Sandy is also a singer, has performed in numerous musical and dramatic stage productions, and has sung the National Anthem at various sports venues, including Daytona International Speedway. She often includes humorous song parodies and inspiring songs in her programs for added impact on her audiences.

Author of two books, It’s My Dream And Who Am I To Stop Me?"(overall performance and achievement), and "Get the Knowledge Out of Technology!" (technology for real estate professionals), and recipient of numerous sales awards, Sandy is listed in the 2002-2003 National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals. She is also a frequent contributor to business and industry magazines, including Entrepreneur, Broker-Agent Pro, NAR’s national and statewide REALTOR Magazines and more, as well as a columnist for The American Society of Administrative Professionals and Progressive Media Publications..
In addition, she has published Mem-Cards (flash cards containing her major keynote concepts on taking risks), ezines and newsletters, as well as Tips Pamphlets on sales, marketing, technology, risk-taking and goal-setting.
Sandy is also a singer and has recorded a motivational music CD entitled, "Don’t Be Afraid To Fly," containing her inspiring keynote songs and humorous song parodies, including "Man! I Feel Like A REALTOR!" and others. An original song of the same name as her most recent keynote program entitled "Turn Your Workplace Into a WOWplace!" has just been recorded and released.

Sandy has four years of Systems Analysis/Business Systems Consulting
experience working at a national catalog company as a liaison
between end users and programmers to design and test systems, writing
user manuals, and training users on programs. Sandy was instrumental
in the design, testing, and implementation of their online order entry
system, as well as conducting training of order entry operators and
supervisors and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
For the parent organization of this catalog company, Sandy worked with
Executive Management to organize and coordinate annual and quarterly
Business Planning activities, documentation and other related
activities. She also participated in a company-wide project to analyze
computer and word processing systems for corporate-wide installation.
Sandy currently serves as Past President and Past Academy Dean of the Central Florida Chapter of the National Speakers Association, and Past Chairman of the Small Business Council for the Kissimmee/Osceola Chamber of Commerce.
Giving Back to Her Community:
Sandy currently serves as a Board member for Give Kids Safe Shelter and as Fundraising Chair for the Children’s Advocacy Center for Osceola County, Inc.
